  • Payment must be completed at checkout before orders are processed.
  • We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, and Mobile Money.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within [2–5 business days] after confirmation.
  • Shipping times vary by location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. ChicWithJane is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses.

3. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns.
All sales are final. Once an order has been delivered and confirmed, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • You must provide clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.
  • We will assess and resolve genuine issues on a case-by-case basis, but this does not guarantee a refund or replacement.

  • We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate.
  • However, minor variations in color, length, or texture may occur due to lighting or production batch differences.
  • By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations.
